The exchange of data between the European Trademarks Office (EUIPO) and BOIP temporarily suffered a technical malfunction. As a result, EU trademarks were not fully shown over the past few months in the Benelux Trademark Register.
Since 31 May 2023, the data has been fully updated again and the problem has been solved. Furthermore, measures have been taken to avoid such situations in the future.
