Are you an IP expert in Belgium? If so, you can register as a candidate for the Belgian Federal Economic Service Prediagnostic IP Check.
The Prediagnostic IP Check is a free service that helps innovative businesses identify their rights, protect them and make use of them. An IP expert analyses the company’s existing and potential intellectual property rights and gives recommendations tailored to the company situation.
The service offers businesses an objective and qualified analysis, an overview of all aspects of IP rights and a report for developing an action plan for IP policy. This service will replace the IP Scan which the Belgian Federal Economic Service previously offered through the SME fund.
Apply to be a candidate expert for this service! If you meet all your obligations as an expert, you will receive a fee from the Belgian Federal Economic Service of 1,500 Euro, including V.A.T.
