After the success of its inaugural edition in 2018/2019, with over 50 participants from 20 EU Member States, EUIPO is launching a second edition of its Trade Mark and Design Education Programme (ETMD EP), a training programme designed especially for intellectual property (IP) practitioners. The ETMD EP focuses on interaction between the EUIPO and IP practitioners in trade mark and design registration and prosecution and is delivered by EUIPO staff, leading IP professionals and academics.
Programme
The programme will be held in English and will run from September 2019 to June 2020 with a total of 150 hours of courses combining e-learning, webinars, and two 3-day face-to-face sessions at the EUIPO, Alicante, Spain. The course will conclude with an exam at the EUIPO’s premises and successful candidates will be awarded an EUIPO certificate.
