As of 20 November 2017 the National Institute of Industrial Property of Argentina (INPI), the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IGE-IPI) and the State Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova (AGEPI) have made their design data available to the Designview search tool.
The integration of INPI, IGE-IPI and AGEPI are concrete results of the International Cooperation programme managed by EUIPO in collaboration with its international partners. With INPI, IGE-IPI and AGEPI on board Designview now contains data from 61 participating offices. With the addition of more than 86.000 designs from INPI, more than 124.000 from IGE-IPI and more than 10.000 from AGEPI Designview provides information and access to more than 12,7 million designs.
Since the introduction of Designview on 19 November 2012 the tool has served more than 3 million searches from 159 different countries, with users from Germany, the UK and Spain among the most frequent users.
