The time has come: on 1 June 2018 quite some important modifications in the Benelux Convention on Intellectual Property will come into force. The invalidity procedure and the new competences of the Benelux Court will become a reality.
BOIP organises a seminar on 17 May 2018 to explain these new matters and their practical implementation. After the plenary part there is room for networking.
