Deadline adjustment due to office premises closing on 20 September

Due to maintenance work, our office premises will be closed on Friday 20 September. This day is considered ‘deemed to be closed’ as no postal delivery is possible. Therefore, documents that are to be received by BOIP on 20 September will also be submitted on time if this happens no later than Monday 23 September.

Deadline for online messages

The same applies to documents received via the My BOIP Message Box or via our contact form: everything received between Friday 20 September and Monday 23 September before midnight will be considered on time if it had a deadline up to and including 20, 21 or 22 September.
