BOIP reaches a milestone in its history: 82% of staff think that BOIP is a ‘great place to work’. The 'Great Place to Work' certificate is based on what is known as the ‘Trust Index’. This is a survey carried out among staff that gives insight into how much trust, pride and pleasure our staff have in working for our organisation.
At what point can you say you have fun work? And that you enjoy your work? For some, it lies in the good working atmosphere and the nice colleagues. For others, it is the good career opportunities that matter. To find out exactly what our employees think of BOIP as an employer, we conducted a special employee survey in October 2023. We used the so-called Great Place To Work method. The results were impressive: as many as 82% of our employees think BOIP is a 'great place to work'. And that means we can officially use the Great Place To Work label.
Staff well-being 
BOIP’s Director General, Ragnar Gustafsson, is enthusiastic about the certificate and emphasizes the importance he places on staff well-being.
